• Foster an inclusive environment that ensures all students feel safe, seen, heard, connected within our community, and have the opportunity to achieve their full potential

• Trust, support, and empower RPS teachers and staff

• Elevate the historically marginalized, including those who identify as BIPOC or LGBTQ+

• Protect the freedom to read and learn 

• Realize a fully accredited RPS

Only 2 of our 5 schools in the Fourth District are fully accredited (see RPS Accreditation Dashboard). We must improve.  

I will work towards making RPS a more viable option for all families. I am committed to working collaboratively to ensure our school system not only meets the current needs of our students and families but also anticipates and adapts to future challenges.
